Who we are

We were formed to do one thing well: give private investors and first-time buyers the same quality of property research that institutional buyers take for granted.

The company is registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16493481) and works with clients across European time zones through online consultations and project-based research. Our registered office is Chafford Farm House, Aveley Road, Upminster RM14 2TE, United Kingdom — it is the company’s address of record, not a walk-in office.

We are deliberately narrow. We research, model, screen and plan. We do not sell property, we do not manage assets, and we do not hold client money. Where a stage needs a licensed professional — a conveyancer, a surveyor, a tax adviser — we introduce one openly and the regulated work is theirs.

Four working rules

Evidence first

Every figure in our reports is traceable to a stated, publicly checkable source. If the data cannot support a claim, the claim does not appear.

Scope in writing

Each engagement is scoped and quoted before work starts — deliverables, fee and payment point, confirmed in writing. No surprises mid-project.

Estimates, labelled

Where a number is an estimate — a rent range, a refurbishment cost — it is labelled as one, with the assumptions that drive it written beside it.

Open introductions

We introduce solicitors, surveyors and other licensed professionals openly. We act independently and take no hidden commissions on their work.

We do not publish client names or case studies without written consent
